Effective 2 October 2026 · Cue it — sound cues for live shows
These terms apply to the Cue it web app (cueit.tompstudio.com) and the Cue it Android app (together, “Cue it”), operated by TOMP (“we”). By using Cue it you agree to them.
1. The software
Cue it is sound cue software for live performance. The free version allows up to 15 cues per show. Cue it Pro is a one-time purchase that removes the cue limit and adds the cue sheet PDF.
2. Your license
- A Pro purchase gives you a personal license code valid on 1 laptop/PC and 1 tablet. You can move it by releasing a device in Settings.
- The code is for the buyer's own use. Do not resell, publish or share it.
- If a purchase is refunded or charged back, the code issued for it stops working.
- Team licenses are arranged separately by email.
3. Payment
Web orders are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for those orders; Paddle's buyer terms apply to the payment. In the Android app, purchases are made through Google Play. Refunds are described in the Refund Policy.
4. Your content
Shows, scripts and audio you add stay on your device and remain yours. You are responsible for backing them up and for having the rights to the audio and scripts you use. See the Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
Do not try to bypass the license system, interfere with the license server, or use Cue it to break the law.
6. No warranty
Cue it is provided “as is”. A live show depends on your device, audio output and files, which we do not control — always rehearse with the actual equipment before a performance. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Cue it Pro.
7. Changes
We may update Cue it and these terms. The current text and its effective date are posted on this page.

이 약관은 TOMP 가 운영하는 Cue it 웹판(cueit.tompstudio.com)과 안드로이드 앱에 적용됩니다. Cue it 을 쓰면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
1. 소프트웨어
Cue it 은 공연용 음향 큐 프로그램입니다. 무료로는 공연마다 큐 15개까지 쓸 수 있고, Cue it Pro(한 번 구매)는 큐 제한을 없애고 큐 시트 PDF 를 더합니다.
2. 이용권
- Pro 를 구매하면 노트북·PC 1대와 태블릿 1대에서 쓸 수 있는 개인 코드가 나옵니다. 설정에서 기기를 해제하면 다른 기기로 옮길 수 있습니다.
- 코드는 구매한 본인이 쓰는 것입니다. 되팔거나 공개·공유하지 마세요.
- 결제가 환불되거나 취소되면 그 결제로 받은 코드는 더 쓸 수 없습니다.
- 여러 기기용 공유 코드는 메일로 따로 안내합니다.
3. 결제
웹 결제는 판매 대행사 Paddle.com 이 처리하며(해당 주문의 판매자), 결제에는 Paddle 의 구매자 약관이 적용됩니다. 안드로이드 앱에서는 구글 플레이 결제를 씁니다. 환불은 환불 정책을 따릅니다.
4. 사용자의 자료
공연·대본·음원은 사용자의 기기에 저장되며 사용자의 것입니다. 백업과, 사용하는 음원·대본의 권리 확인은 사용자의 책임입니다. 개인정보처리방침을 참고하세요.
5. 금지하는 사용
이용권 확인을 우회하거나, 이용권 서버를 방해하거나, 법을 어기는 데 쓰지 마세요.
6. 보증의 한계
Cue it 은 있는 그대로 제공됩니다. 실제 공연은 운영자가 통제할 수 없는 기기·음향 출력·파일에 좌우되므로, 공연 전에 반드시 실제 장비로 리허설해 주세요. 법이 허용하는 범위에서 운영자의 책임은 Cue it Pro 구매 금액을 한도로 합니다.
7. 변경
Cue it 과 이 약관은 바뀔 수 있으며, 바뀐 내용과 시행일은 이 페이지에 올립니다.
